OwlOP GPS Workforce Management - B2C

We designed and built Owlop’s GPS Workforce Solution end-to-end, covering user research, user flow, UX flow, UI design, and interactive experiences. Our goal was to simplify workforce management while ensuring full transparency between agencies, clients, and employees.
The platform bridges the gap between all three stakeholders. Clients can easily request contractors for on-site jobs, providing details such as time, location, descriptions, and images. Employees receive smart notifications that guide them through every stage of the shift—reminders to depart, arrive, clock in, take breaks, and clock out. With GPS-verified check-ins, only employees physically present at the job location can clock in, complete mid-shift tour check-ins, and clock out.
For agencies, the app provides real-time visibility into workforce activity, making it easy to track attendance, late arrivals, and call-outs. Through a research-driven UX process and an intuitive interface, we delivered a solution that balances usability, reliability, and brand identity—helping Owlop streamline operations and build client trust.
