We have created an end-to-end User Experience flows and UI Interface for a job creation platform ( XABA, Nairobi ) that connects job seekers with employers efficiently, focusing on features like user profiles, job listings, applicant tracking, and robust search functionality. Key design principles include accessibility, visibility for job ads, clear job descriptions, reputation-building profiles, and the ability to streamline the application process for both parties, creating a successful ecosystem for work opportunities. Xaba is a social movement and platform based in Nairobi, Kenya, that connects job seekers, particularly in the informal sector, with employment opportunities in industries like Agri-business, Construction, and Hospitality. Xaba works to create job connections and opportunities for youth in Kenya's informal sector.
